1/2 Cup olive oil
3 Tb white wine vinegar
2 Tb lime juice
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tb cilantro, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Marinade is enough for 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast. 
Marinade for at least one hour.
